Scope and responsible business
This Privacy Policy describes how Brookside Organic collects, uses and discloses personal information in connection with brooksideorganic.com, purchases, accounts and customer support. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the store and which features are enabled, information may include identifiers and contact details; billing and shipping addresses; order, payment-status, return and refund records; customer messages and submitted reviews; account information; device, browser, IP address, referring-page and session information; approximate location derived from IP address; cookie identifiers; and marketing or privacy preferences. Payment details are processed through Shopify and enabled payment providers. We do not ask you to email complete payment-card information.

Sources and uses
Information comes from you, your browser or device, Shopify, payment and fulfillment providers, and any integrations actually enabled. We use it to administer orders and returns, process payments, deliver goods, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. If you opt into marketing, we use the contact details you supply to send the relevant communications. Optional analytics and advertising uses must match the tools and choices described below.

Service providers and other recipients
We disclose information as needed to the providers actually supporting our operations, such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers and fulfillment partners, communications and support services, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and analytics or advertising providers when those services are enabled. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information to operate the store and may also use information for its own purposes under https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Some Shopify features, including Network Intelligence when enabled, can combine information from interactions with merchants to support commerce, personalization and advertising. Advertising sale and sharing
Some privacy laws define sale and sharing broadly, including disclosures used for cross-context behavioral advertising even when no money changes hands. If advertising or related services are enabled, those definitions may apply. Submit a request by email or telephone using the details below, or through an applicable store privacy mechanism. We verify identity and authorized-agent authority as appropriate. Marketing and children
