Include the details we need
For an existing order, include the order number, the email used at checkout and a short explanation. For damage or a wrong item, include clear photos if reasonably possible. For a privacy request, describe the right you wish to exercise; we will explain any proportionate verification needed.

If a contact form is enabled, use these fields: name, email, order number (optional), subject and message. Telephone and attachments should be optional unless necessary for a particular request. Do not include full card numbers, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact details are used to respond to your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Authorized returns address: 1508 UNION ST, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94123, United States. Obtain return instructions before sending a parcel. This policy does not offer walk-in service or in-person pickup.
