Payment Policy

Accepted methods
We accept the payment methods actually displayed at checkout, which may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated or digital-wallet methods enabled through Shopify or another provider. Availability can depend on the device, destination and provider approval. A logo elsewhere does not establish acceptance unless the method is available at checkout.

Currency and total
Unless expressly shown otherwise, prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars. The currency, product subtotal, shipping, applicable sales tax and final total are shown before payment. Your bank may charge conversion or foreign-transaction fees under its own terms; we do not control those charges.

Authorization and capture
Submitting an order authorizes the relevant provider to charge or place a hold for the displayed total under the checkout process. A hold is not final acceptance. For a canceled order, captured money is refunded; an uncaptured authorization is released where appropriate. Your issuer controls how long a pending authorization remains visible.

Payment security and verification
Payments are processed through the checkout and providers actually enabled for the store. Never send full card numbers or security codes by email. A payment may be declined by the issuer or security checks. We may request proportionate verification through an appropriate secure method, but will not ask for your account password or an unrelated sensitive identifier.

Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method under the Return and Refund Policy or applicable cancellation rights. We do not replace a required monetary refund with store credit without a lawful basis and any needed agreement. If the original payment route is unavailable, contact us to agree on an appropriate lawful alternative.

Disputes and subscriptions
If payment fails, an order may not complete even if a pending hold appears. Contact support about a duplicate, incorrect or unfamiliar charge so we can investigate. This does not limit any right to dispute a charge with the issuer. No automatic recurring charge is authorized merely by agreeing to this policy; any recurring offer requires separate clear terms and any legally required consent.
